Facilities

The administrative and maintenance aspects of the parish are important for day-to-day decisions for the parish and upkeep of the sanctuary, buildings, and grounds.

BUILDING & GROUNDS

Volunteers needed to organize and oversee a parish clean up day several times a year.

Adopt - a- Room.
Be responsible for cleaning, painting and decorating a classroom.

Electricians, plumbers, painters and carpet cleaning on an as needed basis.

 

COMMUNICATIONS

Volunteers needed to do:

  • Photography and cataloging for youth ministry and parish events
  • Making name badges
  • Working on newsletter
  • Publicity
  • Web Page

 

PARISH OFFICES

Volunteers needed to help:

  • Prepare bulk mailings on as needed basis,
  • Answer telephones and greet visitors as needed during a staff absence,

  • Count offertory collection, record donations on offertory envelopes and audit cash donations.
